Choose an agency with a valid licence
A large advance payment, a “guaranteed visa” or placement through an unlicensed private agency is a high-risk signal.

The employer applies for the single residence and work permit at the Interior Ministry’s Migration directorate, justifying why no Bulgarian or equivalent worker was found. The Employment Agency gives its opinion within 15 days, the whole procedure takes up to two months. The permit runs three years, or the contract term if shorter.

On the xorijdaish.uz platform a licensed private agency recruits for Bulgaria for three years: nanny 1,500 euros net, horse-farm worker 2,000, nurse 1,800, seamstress 900, lathe operator and dispatcher 1,000 each; housing and the ticket from the employer. The contract is directly with the employer; the agency fee, the preparatory course and the consular fee are paid by the candidate.
